Warranty Policy

Reconnaitre provides a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified. All products have guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure and may be compensated for any foreseeable loss or damage. If a product fails to meet acceptable quality and does not constitute a major failure, customers are entitled to a repair or replacement.

If defects in materials, components, or workmanship are identified within the warranty period, Reconnaitre will decide whether to repair or replace the product. The warranty is subject to inspection, and defects must not be caused or contributed by external factors beyond our control, including misuse, excessive use, improper installation, maintenance, repair, tampering, or modifications not recommended by the manufacturer.

To make a warranty claim, customers must contact Reconnaitre and return the product with the original tax invoice within the warranty period. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage and freight for warranty claims.

Reconnaitre makes no warranty regarding the suitability or replaceability of its products for any specific purpose. Reconnaitre assumes no liability for the application or use of its products, including any incidental or consequential costs, damage, or injury. All installation, testing, and operating parameters must be validated by the customer’s qualified technical experts.
